The passive plate reception of the current is not needed at any time. The incorporation of this coupler supposes a revolution in the aesthetic treatment without precedents. For the first time in history, the sanitary professional has an easy technique, comfortable and with no need to incorporate external elements, and with visible results in the first session.

HOW DOES A COAXIAL COUPLER WORKS ?

The necessity of the heating of tissues from a located way has taken us to the development of a new coupler of energy that is able to project it from a concentrated and directional way on the part to be treated, with a minimum of adjacent dispersion. This new denominated coupler coaxial does not require any other component for the return of the energy, reason why its application is simplified by reducing the number of necessary cables. The coaxial coupler is an element in which the energy fields are closed on themselves, impelling themselves forward and yielding part of the energy in the tissues that the lines of flow find to their step. • Conductive gel or any other substance applied cannot be maintained with the machine in the rims of the coaxial coupler. The fact that the conduction gel moves of involuntary way in the parts of the applier non qualified for the transmission of the current may produce a voltaic arc by which the current moves prefer and the consecutive destruction of the accessory. For that reason, it is advisable to stop the application and retire the excess of gel accumulated in the superior parts of the round plate when east displacement of the conduction product takes place. • There must be a total contact between the applier and the skin. It must use always the protective membranes that are provided with the equipment, fitting them in the coaxial couplers as much to guarantee the correct conservation of the accessories and the hygiene of the client during the application of the treatment. Never use the coaxial coupler without its disposable protective membrane. The used protective membranes can be for one use. However, the professional could you the protective membrane several times by sterilizing it after each use.

• Do not leave the machine ignited with the driven button of power to a superior number of zero if it is not come to its use. It could cause an overheat of the accessory, being annoying for the client when its application is retaken. For this reason, it is requested to diminish the power to zero or switch off the equipment in case of prolonged pauses during the treatment.

Before connecting the machine to network 230 V (110 V), it is observed that the plug has earth taking.

• Connect the coaxial coupler in the equipment when the machine is disconnected.
• Apply the selected cosmetic product through a manual massage in the surface of the skin.
• Verify that the power control is down to zero.
• Connect the machine through the switch.
• Power occurs.
• Apply the coaxial coupler on the treated surface.
• Once the treatment is finalized, the round plate of the surface of the skin rises and the power lowers down to zero.
• Disconnect the machine.

COMMENTARY ON THE PENETRATION CAPABILITY OF SUBSTANCES OF THE MACHINE AND USE OF COSMETC PRODUCTS :

Is not advisable the use of products that includes in their composition cryogenic substances (cold producers), menthol, camphor or similar. Cases of burns can even be produced (by the maximum involution of the product). Conductive gels with carbon base cannot either be used. The base of the product used must be water-soluble or liposoluble. It is not advisable the use of excessively greasy products, since the excessively great molecules do not penetrate in the interior of the organism and can even generate a barrier that increases the superficial thermal sensation.
Corrosive products cannot be used on this machine, all type of product with danger of burns or other non controlled alterations in its involution and internal activation in tissues (glycolic acid, etc.).
For aesthetic treatments post-mesotherapy, the sanitary professional must have a very accurate control of the sensitivity of the client before the reaction of the application of the machine. It must be considered that it takes place an important increase of temperature in internal level (the product acquires a greater power) and a significant mobilization of physiological fluids in the treated zone (the product extends more uniform way in the entire zone). For that reason, it is important to verify which is the tolerance of the treated person as much as the concentration and characteristics of the product used and the powerful activation of this machine.
It is essential to verify that non of the substances that compose the cosmetic creates allergic reaction in the client, because this reaction may increase by the effect of the machine.
It is important that the sanitary professional verifies the suitability del product to introduce with the equipment before to apply it on the clients. This suitability comes determined by the facility from penetration of the product, by the absence of effects or secondary reactions and by the non erosion or degradation of the appliers accessories.
The observations shown in this section are intimately related to the concentrations of products. This means that, sometimes, important cosmetic concentrations are totally contraindicated, whereas harassing concentrations can have a positive result.
