MG-3500 (Mesogreen)

MG-3500 or Mesogreen is a recently developed fully automatic injector. Manufactured in Korea, it has a cradle which acts as a support when the injector is not in use while charging the battery.
The battery which is a Lithium-Ion long lasting can be either charged while the injector is resting on the cradle or when the injector is directly connected to the power cord. With 3 programmable modes, you can save the settings you regularly need on the LCD.
The injection frequency can be adjusted from 100 to 270 per minute. The injection depth can be modified by adjusting the skin stabilizer. There are no special disposable kits required for operation of this injector, while it delivers exact doses with no waste of medication. Mesogreen carries a 1-year manufacturer’s warrantee with an optional extended warrantee.

Way to use Inject mode
In case of loading the syringe with drug to Meso-gun, it can contains air, and the inject mode is put in practice if finishes the use mode and condition set with the jog stick moved to the left.
Inject mode is the function that is able to move the syringe little by little by puling the trigger, and the mode that allows it to eliminate the air from the syringe by pulling a little the trigger and pushing the air drop forward from the syringe.
After using it you can use it according to the setting mode by pressing the extension key.

Explaining each mode
“C" mode is the function that user can inject the drug as he wants after pulling the trigger.
“D" mode is the mode that finishes to inject once as the drug fixed in case of pulling the trigger in short shooting mode.
"N" mode is the mode that gives the medical treatment continuously with treating times and quantity per minute in short shooting series mode.
   In case of "N" mode, the treating times per quantity(maximum velocity)
      1: 270inj / min
      2: 250inj / min
      3: 240inj / min
      4: 220inj / min
      5: 200inj / min

Precautions in use per each mode
In case of “C" use the treatment is able when pulling the trigger more than 4seconds.
This is because the drug is not able to inject when it is pulled less than 4 seconds.
In case of “C" mode, the treatment of 4~5ml(Volume Scale) is more economic.

Precautions in use
1. Meso-gun was produced, based on saline solution, and the test is indispensable in case of using the drug with high viscosity before its using.
2. Don’t pull the trigger excessively.
3. After using all the drug, please do not function it by pressing the trigger excessively.
  => In case of syringe struck because of its function excessively performed it is able to quit it after putting it in “C” mode and functioning for 3~5times.
4. Near the magnet do not put Meso-gun (some abnormalities can be occurred in itself(digital circuit)).
5. In case of it fell in water, please dry it completely and function it, and in case of no function of it call for A/S Center.

First aid for simple shooting(Please use it after with full knowledge of it.
1. Inserted the battery but no turned on.
 => Please check if the +, - address of sticker on battery is the same way to its mounting address.
(Mount it to make the battery sticker seen out.)
2. It was not put in cradle for a long term and not with function.
 => If the gun was not put in cradle the gun automatically turned off 10 minutes later, and started discharging. Please mount the gun always in cradle.
3. I use the syringe mounted but no drug out.
 => Please check if the syringe is the same as the type of syringe and the set value of LCD.
   1) Meso-gun was produced to mount on the syringe of 30G needle dividing type.
   2) Please check if the quantity of syringe of set value of LCD is the same as the quantity of syringe.
4. After using drug the syringe is not out.
 => Putting the set value to “C” and function it for 3~5 times to quit.
 After using all the drug excessively it could be happened.
5. Pulled the trigger after its setting the syringe is not advanced and not stopped.
 => It can be occurred because of wave interrupted(1/10,000 probability).
 Please quit the battery serenely and mount it again to use.
6. It is hard to adjust the stabilizer.
 => In case of using the stabilizer by pressing it strongly to skin not well enclosed, it could make some wounds on your skin entering in little by little.
 It was designed so that it could not move easily.
7. I can hardly press the extension key of jog button.
 => Pressing the firm button quickly 2~3times it can be shown as not pressed the firm key.
 It is security installment to prevent the set value from its modifying because of its carelessness and please use it as following.
     1) In case of setting it by pressing firm key of jog first please press the firm key for 2 seconds and do it again.
     2) Also, in case of changing the set value with the light turned off on LCD window after its inject & saved please use it the same way.
     3) However, in case of using it after taking it from the cradle then the firm key was pressed and it is able to modify the set value immediately.
8. In using the battery electric power, the sub base tone of ‘ti-ti-ti’ is sounded 3 times continuously, and the indicator is blinking on LCD screen for the battery remained.
 => Battery electric power is almost wasted.
    1) Please connect the AC electric power and use it.
    2) Please charge the battery in cradle or exchange it for the charged battery.
